This beautiful holiday home is located in the middle of the Baltic Sea, on a narrow spit of land between WIND AND WATER, with the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other. Relax above the waves or soak up the sun on the harbour side, two balconies make holiday hearts beat faster, while a Finnish sauna with a view of the water provides a private wellness programme.



The spacious holiday apartment Wind and Water is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift. Situated above the things, it offers a spectacular view through floor-to-ceiling window fronts of the Baltic Sea, the Schleimündung estuary and the lighthouse as well as the marina of the Baltic Sea resort. Each room has access to a balcony. Wooden floorboards and underfloor heating offer complete holiday comfort.

The open-plan living and dining area with its cosy seating area and large dining table invites you to linger in front of the crackling open fire. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment at any time of year, with passing sailing ships, seagulls, spray and waves, lighthouse, beach and harbour cinema.



The master bedroom faces the Baltic Sea and offers a unique view of the water as well as direct access to the balcony. Step outside the door in your dressing gown and start the day with a taste of the Baltic Sea - this is where dreams come true. The second bedroom overlooks the marina and also has its own balcony access. Both bedrooms have fly-screen doors.

The fully equipped bathroom with floor-level shower ensures maritime wellness moments at any time of year. You can relax in the Finnish sauna and the adjoining south-facing balcony offers sun all day long. A guest WC provides additional comfort.



The holiday apartment Wind und Wassser is a second floor apartment in a house with several units. There is a car parking space directly in front of the house.



Our favourite spot: Enjoying the Baltic Sea breeze on the balcony and watching sailing boats pass the Schleimünde lighthouse.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
