Great location in Hawaii

Unfortunately, I and my wife were unable to go due to an emergency. However, my son and his family stayed for a week. They were very happy with the facility. They especially enjoyed the pools and the beach. The facility provided beach chairs, snorkel and masks and beach towels.

Good choice for our family of 5

Stayed here over Spring Break with 3 adult children. Pool, lagoon/beach, and ability to walk to restaurants were highlights as not everyone stayed on the same schedule in the morning. Really easy access to car and convenient parking when we did go explore the island. Really good communication from the host and everything was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.

The room itself is beautiful but it needs a lot of refurbishing… it needs new cushions for the patio, they are flat and there are mixed and matched cushions under each other to try to build they up …new mattresses on all beds ,…sofas in living room are broken down and very hard to get up from ,….area carpet is rolled up on edges and is a tripping hazard…and the benches on the dining room are fabric and need to be cleaned badly….paid way to much to rent this property to have to have these issues

Perfect Paradise with Minor Tweaks Needed

We recently stayed at a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located in the heart of Ko’olina Lagoons, Hawaii, and it was nearly everything we could have wished for in a vacation rental. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that felt like a true escape from everyday life. The amenities provided were thoughtful and comprehensive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and convenient. From the fully equipped kitchen to the plush linens, everything was tailored to make us feel at home. The location is a dream, nestled right amidst the serene beauty of the lagoons, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. However, there were a couple of small issues that could be improved. The condo came with only four beach chairs, which was insufficient for our group of six. Having a beach chair for each guest would have been ideal for our outings by the lagoon. Additionally, we encountered some issues with the bedroom remotes not working correctly, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and these small issues did not significantly detract from the enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely return, hoping to see these tweaks made for an even more perfect visit next time!

i We love the place. It was b eautiful, nice quiet. Setting parking garage fronted the car. The only thing we found was the carpets were either old or staying, the other thing was. There was no full length mirrors. But, but we enjoyed it very much. Everything else was perfect. The beaches out to the lagoon's restaurants that were close. The people were very friendly. The pools were beautiful. The music at the tequila or marvelous.The only thing I suggest is if you're looking for a luau.Look close to the resorts.We did not realize that some of the rewards head luis

Great location and amazing stay

This is our third time staying at the Villas at Ko Olina complex. This time we needed a larger unit as we had my in laws with us. The unit worked great for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens. The stay was enjoyable as always.

LOVED this place! Shane was GREAT too!

We liked being very close to the beach. took minutes to get there. Liked having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 5 adults. Liked having toaster, microwave, coffee maker - etc. Liked having boogie board. I bought one before I saw the one there. We left our new one behind for next renter or owner. Shane was GREAT and replied to all texts or phone calls when we needed something. We all said this was our favorite place of all 4 islands AND we'd want to come back to this same place. Before this trip, we all picked Oahu as our least favorite island. We had schedule trip to Maui and changed plans after the fire (still praying for ALL - so sorry and sad for the people of Maul/Hawaii). My pilot neighbor recommend KoOlina and we are so grateful he did. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a GREAT trip!!! Hope to come back and play some more!

Great Family Getaway

The condo and surrounding areas were absolutely amazing. The condo has a ton of space and is clean. Access to washer and dryer was an added plus. The pools and garden areas are just beautiful. Ability to walk along the ocean for a morning walk or to restaurants is a nice touch. Property Managers are very responsive if assistance is needed. Great location, beautiful resort!

Absolutely Wonderful

The Ko’Olina area is fully stocked with everything you need to make the best memories. It was the perfect blend of fun activities and relaxation time. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to escape to paradise for awhile alone or with family. My kids and family all had a blast.

As great as everyone says!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and hope to come back someday! The glowing reviews are well deserved. The location is great and we enjoyed all the amenities. The check-in greeter was a plus! So close to the lagoons. Walkable to food and golf. Quiet and relaxing. Pools were fabulous. I do recommend following all the tips provided by the owners regarding the A/C and other aspects of the property! We did notice minor things in need of repair/attention (which is what most people expect with a rental)... but honestly it didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay. Thanks for an amazing stay and memories to last a lifetime!

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo

We enjoyed this 3 bedroom condo at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. It was located in the Ocean Tower. It was very spacious, beautiful, clean, nicely decorated. Property manager met us upon arrival & explained how everything worked in the condo. Any questions we had during the week were answered very quickly. Kitchen was fully equipped, central A/C. We would most definitely stay here again

Lovely place to stay with family - could use some freshening up with paint a bit but overall it was a great stay. Air conditioning had some issues but the owner did her very best to address them quickly. overall a great stay and gorgeous sunsets!

Excellent vacation rental

This condo was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 5. It was wonderful to have the added conveinence of a kitchen and washer/dryer. The property was amazing with palm trees and sunset views, we even had fireworks one night. The pool areas, bar, lagoon were all amazing! All the kitchen items necessary were present to eat in several meals with a costco nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay!

BEST Vacation ever!

My family and I had the best family vacation at Murial's property! It was our second time staying at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina and the condo did not disappoint. They had everything that we needed and more! The location is spectacular and amenities were exactly what we needed for our young family. Communication with Murial and her property manager were outstanding. Murial accommodated us for a late check out which was a life saver. I honestly do not have any suggestions or negative feedback. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend this unit!

Perfect Stay for a perfect location

This was my second time staying at the Beach Villas and I was just as pleased as the first time. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The balcony is the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee. I was visiting the island for work, and having this lovely space to come home to each night was awesome.

Comfortable

Beautiful well taken care of Condo, all the amenities of home. Beautiful views. Quiet, the grounds are gorgeous and just a few steps to the beach and the beautiful lagoons.
