Beautiful view and lovely condo

The condo was just as it is shown in the pics. Close to golf and restaurants. Pool and bar were great. Highly recommend the villas for any age group.

Idyllic Niche in Ko Olina

Our stay was great! The villa was well-appointed with everything a family could need: cooking, playing, sleeping, etc. There was plenty of space for six. We thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon, pool, and outdoor spaces.

Best view in Ko Olina

This condo has a wonderful balcony view of the ocean and the Aulani and Four Seasons. The host is great at communicating and is very accommodating. I would definitely book this unit again and I’ve stayed at the Marriott and Four Seasons in Ko Olina.

Nice Place

The 2 bedroom condo had great views of ocean and sunsets. The accommodations were fine, just as described. When we needed help from the property caretaker with an appliance issue, they were very attentive. The only annoyance was that at night the music from the Disney resort was loud but only until 9pm.

Quiet peaceful stay in paradise!

We had an amazing stay in the beach villa. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed watching many sunsets. The area is beautiful and has just about everything you need, stores and restaurants. The beach villa is well stocked with almost everything you need as well. The beds are very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our family to stay for our first trip to Hawaii.

Great vacation spot!

The whole process from inquiry to contract to check in to check out went perfect. Small glitch one night w air conditioning but fixed first thing next morning. Owner great to deal with. Beautiful condo and great location. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

Overall wonderful property and exactly as advertised. Would most definitely recommend it and the area is fantastic for young children. Only thing I’d suggest is bringing your own snorkel gear if you are interested in doing a lot of snorkeling around the island...the set at the unit is a bit dated. Also the beach umbrellas are both bent but still technically functional. Overall great stay.

Absolutely beautiful. A wonderful home away from home.

Great location and view of the ocean. Full kitchen amenities made eating in easy. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs, sand toys, snorkeling equipment, and clean condo. Louie showed us around the condo when we arrived and offered great advice for island activities. Such a welcoming and helpful person! We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Ahhhhhh-mazing!!!

This was the absolutely best accommodation I could have ever asked for for a family vacation. The most spectacular views. The room was very comfortable, large, clean and had everything we could have asked for. There was 3 adults and 2 children under 12 and over 7. Lots of activities for all. One senior with mobility issues and we had no problems with accessibility.

Awesome condo and location!

Loved our time in Ko Olina and our condo was fabulous! Everything was top notch and would definitely stay here again. Spent most of the time on the lanai and having the pocket doors open all the way really made for a wonderfully large living space. The only thing I would have liked was an extra blanket. The lagoons are the best! What a great way to swim in the ocean. Thanks Paul for a wonderful home to rent!

Perfect Cove Paradise

We loved staying in Ko Olina. This property was nestled between a couple of resorts which we felt made it less crowded and less mainstream. We found great restaurants in the area and certainly many spots for provisions if cooking on site. Heading into Honolulu was challenging the couple of times we left to hit Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Diamondhead due to traffic (which doubled the drive time). Otherwise, the North Shore activities were very reasonable for car travel. We would highly recommend staying here.

Your villa is absolutely beautiful and everything we were hoping for - many thanks for sharing your vacation spot. We have never enjoyed sunsets so much and what a surprise to see the sunrise from your very private lanai as well. Everything was wonderful...the pools, the beach, the pathways, the staff at the resort...just outstanding. We so appreciated all the beach toys and gear and the beautiful pool towels. Our kids had a blast and so did we! Had a wonderful round of golf across the street (very family friendly course given that it's a top notch course as well) followed up with a fantastic dinner on Roy's patio afterwards. This was my 5th trip to Hawaii (was married on Kauai) and the Ko Olina area has completely changed my opinion about spending a vacation on Oahu with young kids. It was fantastic to be able to visit Waikiki but then be able to return to such a quiet resort in the evening. We had a family wedding to attend so would not have chosen Oahu in August otherwise but I am so glad we had this opportunity for probably the best family vacation yet. Mahalo and Aloha!

Not What We Were Hoping For

The location is good but the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The shower was clogged & in need of repair upon arrival, painters tape holding a broken ceiling fan together, sweaty yellowing bed pillows, & an HOA gone wild with an inordinate amount of regulations & signage. We were told there was EV charging for our rental car & was told the same thing at checkin. Upon plugging the car in, we got a call from a curt woman informing us it’s only allowed between 10 PM-8 AM. We had to plug our car in at what felt like 2 AM to us and couldn’t charge it at all during the day. As the guests we paid for the charge (& were the only ones using it while we were there) so there’s no reason for them to demand off-peak charging. The AC can only be set to 74 or 72 (depending on which signage you read), which isn’t too comfortable during warmer days, especially if running the dryer which isn’t outside vented so it heats up the unit. The nearby Disney resort is a constant stream of noise (delivery trucks all day and night loudly beeping as they back up, leaf blowers, kids screaming, noisy shows/luaus) and the building HOA had noisy landscaping most of the days we were there as well. Not relaxing. The pros are the location is great, the sunsets are beautiful, the host was prompt & friendly (but the on-site management negated that). The listing pic of the Four Seasons should be removed because there’s no correlation other than the resort is 1/2 mile away & blocks the mountain view.

Upsetting and unsatisfactory experience

At check-in we found the property was not cleaned well. We found hairs, dust, and food crumbs in multiple places and lots of mold on the washer's gasket...all of which we ended up cleaning ourselves. Next, the carpets in both bedrooms were dirty, with dirt accumulation & stains in several areas. Next, there were maintenance issues in the bathrooms. I wish I was at least asked to delay check in, so they could get the carpets cleaned etc. I contacted the manager with videos & pictures of issues, but received NO response for the entirety of our stay. I contacted the host with a list of issues and pictures of dirty carpets. He simply refunded the cleaning fee but chose not to acknowledge or address the dirty carpets or other issues. I never got any real apology. In his last email, the host suggested that next time I should stay at "the Four Seasons because their suites are maintained at a higher standard". Denying, deflecting and making sarcastic comments, especially when faced with pic/vid evidence of problems, is not a good way to do business. Had I been made aware prior to booking, that the host doesn't have "high standards" or that the management team is irresponsible & irresponsive, I would have booked any other condo in the area. Other issues: constant noise blasted from shows at adjacent resorts every night, so you can't enjoy a quiet evening out on the lanai. Then more noise every night at 12 AM from supply trucks. The TVs are old and don't have streaming functionality.

Great Vacation Experience

Aloha, I just returned from my 2nd. trip to Oahu. Although I enjoyed my first trip I was not in a big hurry to return. The commercialism and hustle and bustle of Waikiki just wasn't my idea of a relaxing vacation. My dream vacation involved early morning walks on the beach, relaxing under a palm tree with a good book and watching the sunset at night. When my daughter suggested a return trip this year I have to admit I was a little hesitant. But I thought I would give it another chance and I am very glad I did. We spent the first 3 days in Waikiki so the kids could get it out of their system. It was as busy as I remembered it and more. But the last 7 days were glorious. The welcome we received when we arrived was greatly appreciated. Even though we arrived early we were able to leave our luggage and were given a very thorough tour of the condo, shown where everthing was and how it worked and given directions to local stores, attractions etc. The condo was everything we expected and more and was extremely clean. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had more than enough room. I really appreciated the washer and dryer which allowed us to pack light. My favorite feature were the doors leading to the lanai. We opened the doors when we arrived and left them open the entire time. The weather was great and we never had to turn the air conditioner on. I felt like we were in the outdoors but with all the comforts of home. The view was fantastic and we spent the majority of our time sitting outside. The grounds and outside pools were very well maintained, never crowded and we made use of the grills for numerous meals. I walked the beach and grounds at first light every day and enjoyed the quiet time to myself. I spent the nights on the lanai enjoying the beautiful sunsets. I never felt like I was in a crowd or on a whirlwind trip. Indeed most days I felt like I had the entire place to myself. By the time we left I was well rested but did not want to return to the reality of life back in the real world. I would highly recommend this residence for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, well maintained and managed location away from the madness of Waikiki. I think you'll agree with me. Thanks for a great vacation experience!

The condo’s location was very convenient for our first visit to Maui. I wish Disney resort, right across, would tame down their music/luau but at least they shut it off right at 9 pm.The owner, Paul, was very available to commo with. We were there during the T’sunami warning and being on a higher floor weren’t really impacted. The maintenance ppl at the building were very nice. The condo provided decent space for our family of three. All in all a very pleasant experience for my family.

Sunrise to sunset

great location- the views were beautiful. We were able to see the sunrise over the hills and sunset over the ocean. Accommodations had everything we needed. We can't wait to return.

Great location and beautiful views.

Perfect size for our family of 5. Easy checkin and paul the owner was accessible up to the day we arrived. He was very responsive with our questions. Our only complaint was the pull out couch. It was not usable. It had several stains and hair when we opened the sofa bed. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and would definitely rent again.

Fantastic stay

Everything was fantastic about this property. Very well maintained. Stunning views of mountain and ocean. The lanai sold me. Was amazing to be able to sit outside, yet be inside at the same time! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need with clean dishes in good shape. Ice maker was a huge plus to make drinks. Very spacious and private areas with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Would 100% recommend and we will be back!
