Beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms with luxury at every step of the way! So many windows with views of the ocean. The beach is right there and there was a seal napping not far from the room! We loved the pool amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We’d stay here again!

The rental was perfect in every way and better than advertised. The location is perfect to visit both north and south sides of the island. The condo itself is located in the corner making it very private. You can step out and walk to the beach a few steps away. The kitchen is fully stocked and the rest of the condo has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great unit on the ground floor with an ocean view! We loved the extra large lanai and large grassy area where we hosted family gatherings. It was well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests for day trips. Probably the best unit on the property! We plan to return again

Family time on Kauai

What a great place to stay while on our vacation to Kauai. The property is beautiful, the condo we had was amazing. Very well stocked, beautiful views with easy access to beach. The management for this condo is amazing! Any question asked was answered immediately. We would totally book this place again.

Great Location!

The main reason why we picked this rental was it's location. It's right in Kapa'a across of the shopping center where Safeway, Starbucks, Subway, and Wailua Shave Ice are and it was near where our family lives. The suite is also located in a great spot! Tucked away in the corner of the property on the ground floor, we had privacy and great outdoor space for dining. The kitchen was spacious and the washer and dryer came in handy. And of course, their pool with the slides and hot tubs are hard to beat. I'd stay here again and would recommend it for large families.

As Good As Advertised

We’d had dinner at the Oasis 6 years ago and promised we would stay at the Waipouli next time, and it was everything we hoped it would be. Fantastic unit, location, and amenities. We look forward to coming back again soon!

50th fun

Wonderful location on the Island. Great views of the water, we woke up every day sat on the outside furniture and watched the sunrise. Overall great family celebration of a 50th Birthday.

Perfect Family Vacation

My husband and I brought our four children and their spouses, and six grandchildren. We had four units, and several mornings, two of our grandchildren (who were staying on the second level of G building), would appear at the patio door to visit with us and two other grandchildren who were staying in our unit. We did not plan that, because we didn’t know the setup of the unit. It was an unexpected plus for us. We loved every minute of our stay. Awesome unit, perfect location!

Probably the best unit in the entire complex. Spacious and well equipped with beach gear. Kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. Keyless entry was so easy. Parking wasn’t an issue. Location on Kauai is central and across the street from grocery store and other shops. The pool is very nice but no pool service. Beach can get a bit windy but that’s Kapaa. We hope to return to this exact unit soon.

Convenient and Comfortable

Condo was in the most convenient location and well positioned in the resort. The amenities in the condo and on the resort were perfect. Definitely would stay here again should we return to Kauai.

Paradise

Definitely Recommend Staying here esp if you have Kids

We had a wonderful stay at Candace’s condo. It was well equipment and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful with the beach right across. The resort property is amazing, especially the pool with slides which was a great hit with our toddler. Location is central, not too far from both north and south shore of Kauai. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay on the island.

Christmas in Kauai

This is a beautiful condo. We loved the patio furniture and ate most meals outside. It has a great grassy area and very close to beach and pool. We would return to this condo!

Perfect Kauai location

The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very important for our group of 6 as it isn’t cheap eating out all the time. The wrap around lanai was amazing versus being up any other floors that had a locked in lanai as this unit is on the first floor you can literally walk out to the manicured property straight to the beach. The beach area has a lot of coral and reef so water shoes was a must for us but there were plenty of beaches nearby that were all sand and less reef. The convenience of Safeway, Starbucks, ABC store and some restaurants across the street were great too. We enjoyed the Kauai ATV trip while visiting and highly recommend that as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😁

Awesome Room and Location

Place was plenty big and had tons of room. Could not have asked for better room location to pool while just being far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Great location- we were happy we stayed on this side of the island!
