Sonesta Select Kansas City South Overland Park
Room was clean, no linens for the pull-out bed in the room. Could ask at check-in if guest would need these linens. $100 incidentals deposit???????????????? This is getting out of hand and then you hold this money FOR HOW LONG!!! ABSURD!

Hotel Phillips Kansas City Curio Collection by Hilton
I love how the hotel is updated but all upgrades stayed looking like the era the hotel was built. Our room was mostly clean. I did notice a breaking bed leg and looked under and saw an old water bottle. Every staff member we interacted with were great.
