Hotel is absolutely TERRIBLE but the guy working the front desk was surprisingly awesome and accommodating! Was the only good part to the stay.

Very run down and all smoking rooms. Definitely didn't feel safe staying there. Checked out the earliest I could. No help with getting any reimbursement for only spending one night when I had book for 6 nights.

I'm utterly disgusted at this place. Not only do they over charge for junk rooms, but the staff is so under trained and highly unprofessional, but whoever owns this hotel needs to hire a marketing agent or some thing because this place needs to improve drastically. If you're going to have a crappy hotel, the least you can do is, have people pay cheap prices since it's not even worth it. Hire some training assessments for your staff and better cleaners and maintenance professionals.

The rooms for cleaning the south is great The only thing I would suggest is making it easier to operate the TV because it keeps flipping to other things and I cannot get the local channels and also three pillows on a double bed would be much better

Originally issued us the wrong room. Facilities were pretty dirty, but the room was fairly clean. New microwave and new refrigerator. No chairs, no place to hang clothes. No phone. Only light was above the door and in the bathroom. Remote control had no batteries. Staff went on break right after we checked in, so we had to wait a half an hour to get our room corrected. Contacted Expedia, but they had no luck getting a hold of anyone either.

Clean room but they took stuff out of my refrigerator. There was a lamp in the room with no light bulbs and I had no where to sit and relax it was a bed and a table but my tv was sitting on the table.

very stark bleak large room with small bed no furniture. State of extensive repairs. It was cheap inexpensive what I wanted. Had no trash can or remote for TV. Staff addressed it and resolved.

All it had was a bed, microwave (on the floor) amd and a dresser that would fall apart if you sneezed on it. No wonder it was so cheap, but yet was STILL overcharged at the front desk. Absolutely atrocious

Was assigned a dirty room. Bed was not made. The toilet was backed up. It needed vacuumed, and my room was broken into along with my vehicle.
