the wifi wasn't the best but overall it wasn't bad. it was clean.

Has potential but too many issues to overlook
We wanted to love this stay as the location is fantastic with lots of great places you can walk to, but we had too many issues to overlook. We arrived to the stay and were given the wrong checkin code so had to reach out to the host to get the correct code. Once we were inside it was stifling hot within the property and there was a moldy pot of coffee on the counter. Even after having the ac on for hours it was not cooling down and the first night was miserable. We tried to open the windows to let in some cooler air overnight and the windows were filthy and covered in cobwebs and dirt. The one bathroom still looked like it was in the middle of a remodel with unfinished lighting and paint. My biggest issue was that I reached out to the property manager three times about the air conditioning issue after our first night to try and have it fixed or a solution like bringing over some fans but was left with no response until the morning of checkout and instructions.

K.C. vs Chargers
Following the football game we were going to check in to the property since it was after 4:00 pm. However, I still had not received the access code. Therefore, we decided to stop for dinner on the way so I could contact the property owner. Messaged through the app and left a voice message. Waited more than 45 minutes and heard nothing. Sent a second message and a second phone call which did prompt a return phone call stating it will not be ready until 10:00 pm due to a previous party checking out late. When we arrived at the address 1003 via the app it was too dark to view house addresses. Had to get out of the vehicle to find the address. Unfortunately, the address via the text message was different (1009 1/2). There has been no communication or evidence of service recovery. Can’t begin to describe my unhappiness with this property!
