Valley View Estates, one of Grandview's most loved subdivisions. Nearby find modern parks for the kids as well as miles upon miles of mountain bike trails. Just 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City, this home is the perfect combo of country feel while still in the city.
Getting Around:
There is a large private driveway for parking. The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
