Better than a hotel!

This was the perfect little house for our stay. It was so close to the stadiums and had everything we needed. They thought of everything, and only driving 5 minutes to get to the Kansas City game can’t be beat!

Perfect for a few nights stay

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood to stay when going to Arrowhead for a game. House was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. We had a minor issue and the owners were there to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes.

This property was clean and in a good location, close to thing we wanted to do. When first looking at the property it stated there was a pullout couch, so a little disappointed that there wasn’t but no harm. Overall it was a great experience!

Chiefs game visit

This is a nice cute place to stay and very close to Arrowhead Stadium (5 min. away). Our teenager loved the fact that she had her own area upstairs and my husband and I had our space downstairs. We had a dog and it was easy to take the dog out in the fenced in back yard. We didn't do any cooking so we didn't use the stove or dishes. Communication was easy and area was safe. We would stay there again.

Decent place

Pros: Price was reasonable. Location to Arrowhead stadium was good. Cons: It could use a deep clean. The arcade game didn't work. Strange layout. Step to bathroom and stair case to second floor could be dangerous and/or difficult for elderly persons to maneuver. Also apparently there are multiple rental units on the same property and it's hard to tell which is which. The guy renting the room below us arrived around midnight and was trying to get in the upstairs bedroom. He was rattling and trying to jar the door open. My daughters were staying in that room and it scared the crap out of them. We thought someone was breaking in.

we stayed for a wrestling tournament, the house was conveniently located near the arena. The house had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed our stay. would recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Kansas City or Independence area.

If you are heading to KC for a sports event at Arrowhead or Kauffman - this is the place!!! We got in Arrowhead (and out) crazy fast for the Husker game. Tiny bathroom, but other than that no real complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place for two couples to stay and have nice privacy. Bathroom is small but adequate. Hosts were wonderful with communication. Coffee and snacks met us upon arrival.

Cute Place! Quiet Quaint and Simple. This was a perfect place to unwind at a reasonable price.
