I will be contacting Wyndham about this stay and will be expecting a full refund. One staff member was helpful, she was very nice but after what happened nothing could save this absolutely ridiculous experience.

The property charged my card an additional $50 deposit and when I checked out they said I have to wait 3-4 business days depending upon my bank.

Room had no towels, roaches hot water did not work well and to top it off there was blood on the wall next to the bed. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. Front desk refunded half of the stay. Showed the photos to the front desk too

The manager on duty was extremely rude, highly unprofessional. The tv, microwave did not work and most importantly the smoke detector was dismantled. On a lighter note, one of the girls working under the manager was quite friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Not fit for a k9.

This was an overnight stop on our road trip so we didn’t get to spend much time here since we had to leave so early in the morning and got in so late. We were able to grab some breakfast on the way out, which was some bottles of juice and packages of muffins. It’s better than nothing and we appreciated it. The room itself smelled clean and look like it had been recently renovated. It’s really hard to beat the price we got the room for. It was a great set up to get us to St. Louis within a few hours.

This has been partially remodeled but it was done in horrible condition they say free breakfast which was not available the sheets were staine and the towels were dirty and stained when I pulled on in the lot had about 26 dirty beds in the parking and then they put them into the rooms lot lot 25the
