Your Property
Gather in the minimalist dining space beside the kitchen — a blend of soft wood tones, clean lines, and a striking modern-industrial light fixture. Seating for four invites slow breakfasts or dinners that stretch into conversation. Even the staircase nearby feels intentional, maintaining the home’s open flow and gentle sense of calm.
Bedrooms & Baths
The Linden House’s upper-level suite spans the entire second floor — an airy, open retreat tucked beneath the gabled roofline. This space features a king bed, a private bath with a step-in shower, and a cozy sitting area. Please note: the upper-level suite is open to the stairway and does not have a door, giving it a loft-like feel.
On the main floor, a second bedroom with a queen bed is simply and elegantly furnished, located next to the main bath with a classic shower/tub combination. Every detail balances the home’s 1920s character with thoughtful updates and modern comfort.
Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine from one of the wicker chairs on the front porch patio. Perched slightly above the street, The Linden House offers a sense of privacy while still feeling connected to the charming, tree-lined West Plaza neighborhood.
Guest Access
Guests can access the property using a keypad smart lock. Please be sure the door is fully pulled shut and allow the lock to finish unlocking before opening. If the mechanism resists or feels jammed, simply close the door completely and try again. Entry is smooth when the door is properly aligned.

Safety Notes
The Linden House was built in the 1920s and retains its original charm. Please take care on the stairs and note that the upper-level suite is open to the stairway and does not have a door.
Entry to the home requires climbing an exterior flight of stairs, and a second staircase leads to the upper-level bedroom.
This home may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility limitations.
For your safety and the protection of the property, there is a video doorbell by the front door and a Ring floodlight camera above the back door. These devices monitor only the exterior and are not used to observe guest interiors or private spaces.
Please ensure the front door is fully closed when entering or exiting so the smart lock functions properly.
Smart Lock Instructions
To enter, enter your access code on the smart lock, then press the check mark to confirm.
Allow the lock to fully complete the unlocking cycle before opening the door — pulling early may cause the mechanism to jam.
If it does jam, simply pull the door completely closed and try again, waiting for the lock to finish unlocking before turning the handle.
