Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This charming and thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom house is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and accessibility.
Walking distance to multiple parks and Summit Waves water park. This centrally located home is within a 30 min drive of the following: The Plaza, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun, The West Bottoms, downtown KC, Nelson Atkins Museum and Powell Gardens.
Property amenities include:
Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one full spacious bathroom, walkable to downtown, fenced back yard with outdoor seating with optional illuminated string lights, outdoor propane grill, corn hole game, board games, record player, cards, children’s toys, lap blankets, pack and play
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV, luggage stand, closet, fan (closet)
Second Bedroom: King-size bed with main floor laundry located in the closet space (please note: no closet), night stands with drawers for clothing, rack/shelf for hanging clothes

Pets:
We welcome well-behaved pets with prior host approval.
Our yard is fenced in, providing a secure space for your dog to play and enjoy.
