Beau Villa - Two bedroom Villa on golf course

Beau Villa is located at the Kangaroo Valley Country Club and Resort just a few minutes drive from Kangaroo Valley Village. The villa is a great location for golfers or also those just looking to explore the area. It is also a great spot for guests attending weddings with easy bus pick up from the golf course.
The villa has a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two king singles. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge room which can be made up by request. The open plan living area has a comfy lounge and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator for those wanting to prepare a meals and also has a 6 seater dining table.
Guests can also relax in the bath in the bathroom after a round of golf.
Guest's comfort is assured year round with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.
From the deck, guests can enjoy the view from the outdoor setting or cook a meal on the gas BBQ.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the facilities of the resort including the golf course (fees apply), swimming pool, tennis court, giant chess set and volleyball court.
There is also a great new Italian restaurant called Osteria La Vallata located at the County Club and is also only a short walk from the villa.
