Villa Nevia is located in the village of Ladići in the interior of Istria, only 30 minutes drive from the west coast of Istria. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a large living room with enough space for your whole group with a TV and a fireplace. The living room has air conditioning and underfloor heating so you can set the perfect temperature no matter what time of year it is. And when you get hungry, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare any meal on vacation. The dining room has a table large enough for the whole group to enjoy meals together.
Villa Nevia has a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. All rooms have underfloor heating, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, while some rooms have access to a balcony. All bathrooms also have underfloor heating, a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer.

If you want to explore Istria while staying at the villa, there are many interesting places nearby. For those who want to stay inland, the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad are located near the villa. A little further towards the coast is the Lim Channel, where you can take a walk or just enjoy the view, and if you want to spend a day by the sea, Rovinj and Vrsar are excellent choices.
