Villa Linnelle- Rovinj: saltwater pool and seaview!

Villa Linnelle is located in Kanfanar 9 km from the sea, 12 km from the old town of Rovinj.

On the property there is a large swimming pool with salt water without chlorine, a beautiful large garden with palm trees & cypresses, a
covered patio with table/chairs and both outdoor kitchen and barbecue, café table/chairs, terrace with pergola with table/chairs were you have sea view, free WiFi and own free parking. A magical place for a vacation with family and friends to create great memories for life.

At the outdoor pool there is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers / tables, umbrellas, a swing set on the adjacent lawn so you have a view from the pool over the swings, seating area in the pool with massage effect for the back.

Here you can enjoy both sun / shade, the possibility of music connected to a large outdoor speaker. The pool is also optimal for exercise swimming. Around Villa Linnelle there is a high protective wall that reduces transparency and an electric gate with a bell into the villa.

The villa is next to a sheep pasture where sheep peacefully graze and next to a beautiful forest where you can take a lovely walk on a gravel road. On the quiet street up to the villa you will find only three other houses as neighbors.

All 4 bedrooms are equipped with private bathroom/shower/WC, AC and TV in 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
