"鳴子温泉郷の中でも400年以上の歴史を持つ最古級の温泉宿です。なので古い旅館なのだろうと思い訪れましたが、リノベーションしとても綺麗。施設自体は古いながらも丁寧に営業されている感じが伝わり、とても気持ちの良い滞在となりました。スタッフの方も皆さんとても丁寧で親切、質問した際も非常に温かく対応していただけました。 温泉は源泉掛け流し４種類の泉質があり、それぞれ個室でフロントに鍵があり自由に使えるようになっています。同じ１つの旅館内で色々湯めぐり出来るのはとても贅沢、そして貸し切りなので他の方を気にせずゆったり出来た時間は最高でした♪...

"食事は大満足です。 ただレストランの客が集中して忙しいせいか スタッフ個人間のタメ口が耳に入り印象悪かったです。 部屋のスリッパはどうしても使い回しになるので足袋のようなものが備品であれば嬉しい。 大浴場の露天風呂への出入りのドアが すぐ開いてしまうので寒さが気になる客が 何度も閉めに行っていました。 総合的には利用させていただき皆、満足して 帰りました。"
