The room was so small!!! Thank god we didn’t have our kids. No closet or space in the bathroom for my makeup and hair products. T.V was small also, my husband could only see half of it from the couch.

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :)
We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious!
Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful.
Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier.
I highly recommend this hotel!!

"Most everything was great! The two things that dropped the rating were that 1) the AC was not working and it was HOT in the room. I had to buy fans and checked out early because it was cooler in the hallways and outside than in my room. 2) Ordering room service was a nightmare. "scan the QR code ..."
