Horrible !

Horrible ! Nous avions réservé cet hôtel suite aux visionnement des photos fournies par l'hôtel (qui datent probablement de l'ouverture de l'hôtel il y a plus de 20 ans). Nous avons eu un service des plus désastreux ayant fait en sorte que nous avons du quitter l'hôtel. Aucun membre du personnel n'était capable de s'exprimer en anglais alors il était impossible de se faire comprendre. La chambre était mal propre et la porte patio ne se barrait pas (ceci n'étant aucunement sécuritaire puisque la chambre était au rez-de-chaussé). Le restaurant n'était pas en fonction, ni même le spa et le bar de l'hôtel. 2 seuls employés dans tout le complexe. Le resort semblait avoir été abandonné depuis de nombreuses années. Il était même dangereux de circuler sur la terrasse tellement le bois était pourri et que les planches étaient manquantes. Après avoir observé tout cela, nous avons tenté de nous reloger pour quitter l'hôtel. Nous avons tenté d'emprunter le téléphone de l'accueil puisque celui de chambre ne fonctionnait pas, et même le téléphone de la réception était non fonctionnel ! Nous avons du emprunter le cellulaire de la réceptionniste ! Loin du centre-ville et des attractions. Je ne recommande malheureusement aucunement cet hôtel

2泊しました スタッフは皆、笑顔でフレンドリーでとても良かったです 私達の部屋はプールビューだったので眺めも良かったですが、部屋は少し狭いです でも、こじまんりまとまっていて特に問題はないです ただ、電気が少なくて夜は暗くて不便でした ドレッサーにあると良いと思います 朝食は食パン2枚、マーガリン、ジャム、サラダ、目玉焼き2個、ウインナー、デザートでしたがオレンジジュースが2日目しか出ませんでした それと食パンが一番端っこのパンの耳の部分、1枚しか出ませんでした もちろん、言えばもう1枚出してくれたと思いますが必要なかったので何も言いませんでしたが… 朝食場所は川沿いで滞在中、お天気も良かったのでとても清々しかったです 小バエが多いのが少々気になりました プールは水深も深く(たぶん1.5Mくらい？)楽しめました 清掃もちゃんとやってくれてました スパ施設もリバービューにあります 私達の滞在中はお客さんも少なくとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました また来年も来たいと思います

Situated between two working sites

Situated between two working sites of a gravel quarry, the serenity of this otherwise beautiful location was marred by blasting and huge mountains of gravel all around the outside of the resort. it is way out of town and the staff had to be told to keep the noise down in the middle of the night.

This place is close to the River

This place is close to the River Kwai - far from the town. If you like hens and roosters walking in the premises - espacially the noise from 3 o'clock in the morning - this is it. Nice pool and very nice Spa. The staff is a bit panicked by English speaking guests. Thanks a lot to the very nice waitress from the Phillipines who spoke good English.

Top class resort however it is

Top class resort however it is a long way from the tourist precinct (pretty expensive by Thai standards for a taxi/bemo). The drive through a quarry to get to the resort is a bit off putting.
