Kanabiki Falls

Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.

The actual hotel (not the rooms) was beautiful! Looked very elegant. The rooms on the other hand were outdated and a bit rundown. We had dirty sheets upon check in that had stains on them, the sink clogged up when using it. I do give credit to the staff as they very responsive to address the bed problem immediately but it just left us to wonder what else was not cleaned properly.

Room size was great compared to other cities that we stayed at. Staff was super friendly and reliable. There are also very helpful. Service is great! Rooms are new and clean and amenities are great. Location was very good as well. Will definitely stay again!
