Great location in town! Our picturesque townhome in the desert landscape of Southern Utah is waiting for you! Zion Living is a spacious end unit in the El Pueblo community. It provides comfort & a homey atmosphere for your stay & can accommodate up to 8 guests. Centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon & the Grand Canyon. When you've fully soaked in mother nature's splender, retreat back into your air-conditioned home & take in the magnificent views, soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool!
The Space:
Fix a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a crock pot, cake pan, mixing bowls, toaster, cutting board, cookie sheets. Then move into the cozy living room for a movie night. Choose one of the three spacious bedrooms located on the second floor and awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring. Just steps away you will find the community pool, hot tub and indoor gym for your use.
The end units at El Pueblo offer considerably more space than their middle unit counterparts featuring a large and spacious master bedroom, an additional full bathroom, a separate laundry room rather than a laundry closet, and a larger living room.
Our townhome is located in a beautiful neighborhood with stunning views of the red rocks and is the perfect place for you to retreat, reset and revive yourself. Upon entry you are greeted by the elegant living room, comfortable seating and a smart TV.
Down the hall you will find a half bathroom as well as a fully stocked kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills. Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio and enjoy the views!
The townhome has 3 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious and tastefully decorated master bedroom has a king sized bed, and a single pull out bed along with an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has 3 twin beds! A full guest bathroom is also located on the second floor and also features a tub/shower combo. Our townhome can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comes fully stocked with bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a washer and dryer for your use (laundry detergent provided).
We are centrally located to so many things you'll want to see and experience during your vacation. We are just 35 minutes to the east entrance of Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 90 minutes to the north along scenic highways and about the same distance to the south is the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Whether you are here to visit southern Utah's world-famous national parks, monuments and state parks or volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society, our nation's no-kill largest animal sanctuary, Zion Living is a perfect basecamp for all your adventures!
There are several hiking trails you can get to right from our townhome which will take you up to the cliffs overlooking Kanab and into the canyons. Parking is free and you will have 1 dedicated covered parking spot as well as several other spots directly in front of our unit.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub typically opens the last week of March (but is dependent on the weather) and closes on October 1. The weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it! :) If you lose the pool key you will be charged a $250 fee to replace it.
The Neighborhood:
Zion Living is located within walking distance of Jacob Hamblin Park which offers a playground, multiple pavilions, grass area, and splash pad, basketball courts, pump track, and skate park The Kanab City Pool is right next to the park and includes a zero-entry kids area, lazy river, and water slide. Tennis courts and pickleball courts are just across the street from the pool. Little League baseball fields are adjacent to the park as well. Multiple hiking trails, including the K-Hill Trail and Squaw Trail are within walking distance and you are just a short drive (1 minute) to restuarants and grocery stores in downtown Kanab. If your GPS system does not find the address, please search "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT.
Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah, a vehicle is definitely needed to visit all the local attractions and depending upon your plans, a 4WD may be required. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
The exact date for opening the pool is dependent on the weather. Typically the pool opens in late March/early April. The weather needs to be 70 degrees or higher for three consecutive days before we can open the pool.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy! You will be given an entry code for the front door of the home prior to your arrival. Our management company is available 24/7 with any questions or needs you may have.
