「The accommodation was awesome, beautiful peaceful and relaxing. The staff accommodated our group of 10. And helped to organise our trip going forward with bus and ferry tickets and transportation. 」

「お部屋は比較的清潔であるけれど、バスルームのカビっぽい臭いや、タイルの汚れが少し気になった。ベッドは清潔で快適。 スタッフは親切だけれど、英語が分からない人が多いため、意思疎通に時間がかかる。 ディナーバッフェは信じられないほど美味しくなく、おかゆしか食べるものがなかった。 赤ちゃん・子ども連れのファミリーが多く、カジノエリア以外は、明るい雰囲気。 周辺の景色はなかなか良い。 総合的に考えると平均点だけれど、食事が悪すぎるため、もう一度宿泊しようと思わない。」

Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. 「Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. Personne très professionnelle, et nous avons ete...
