"Great hotel for families, pools and free hotel transport around Sentosa and to Vivo city. Free use of monorail was added bonus. Improvements would be self service laundry facilities and the option to charge things to your room so you can pay just one bill, and the service fee should be built into price as its mandatory."

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with genuine care. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our stay. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch, featuring a stunning rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a diverse selection of delicious options. However, it's worth noting that breakfast timings can get quite busy, so plan accordingly to avoid the rush. Overall, I highly recommend the Jen Orchardgateway Singapore for anyone looking for a great hotel experience in a fantastic location!"

"The check in was a bit slow, and I got sent to the wrong elevator bank, but apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't a big fan of the room, which was quite small, and I couldn't get electronics to work properly. The breakfast buffet was decent. Plenty of good amenities, including pool, restaurant, laundry, and gym. The location is nice, close to the river walk, or else not far from the subway."
