Wonderful villa with a view over the Veerse lake

A spacious (180 m2) and fresh villa (built in 2008) with an unobstructed view of the Veerse Meer from the first floor. It stands in the Reigerlaan behind the row of houses adjacent to the Veerse Meer. This house is located on 660m2 of land with parking space for three cars and a play area for the children in the garden. The house is ideal for a large group or two families. It consists of four bedrooms and possibly a fifth with a sofa bed. On the ground floor, adjacent to the garden with covered terrace, is the kitchen diner with dishwasher, electric oven, 6-burner gas stove, microwave and fridge / freezer. You will also find two bedrooms, an extra room with sofa bed and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a toilet and a double sink, one with a bathtub and both have a rain shower. In the utility room are the washing machine and dryer. On the first floor is a large living room with oak wooden floor, a wood stove and a sliding door to a large sunny terrace.

The house is not suitable for a group of young people under 26 years old.

Heerlijk ruim vakantiehuis.
Wij hebben genoten van dit ruime nette huis. Alles was zeer verzorgd, de keuken had alles wat je maar wensen zou, de bedden sliepen heerlijk. En de locatie was ook uitstekend voor onze groep.

Ok, aber nicht so kindgerecht wie angegeben
Generell hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, es gibt allerdings ein paar Punkte, die uns sehr Missfallen haben: insbesondere das Spielgerüst - da wir zwei Kleinkinder dabei hatten, war das Spielgerüst ein Grund für die Buchung. Leider waren die unteren beiden Stufen von der Treppe abgebrochen, sodass die Kinder gar nicht zur Rutsche hoch gekommen sind. Abgesehen davon hat sich das Spielgerüst nicht im umzäunten Garten befunden, sondern bei den Parkplätzen. Der Zaun ist sehr in die Tage gekommen, viele Latten sind abgefallen und die Nägel schauen raus. Dies ist sowohl für Kinder sehr gefährlich als auch ungünstig, wenn man einen Hund dabei hat. Die Picknickbank im Garten ist ebenfalls sehr alt und fällt auseinander... Auch hier schauen Nägel aus dem Holz. Auf der Terrasse fehlen einige Fliesen und der Balkon war von Spinnweben umhüllt - wir mussten erst einmal ordentlich sauber machen. Das Inventar und die Wohnung an sich ist allerdings toll, wenn man keine Kleinkinder dabei hat ist das vielleicht auch alles nicht so tragisch, aber so war es nicht der Hit. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist es aktuell, dass direkt gegenüber gebaut wird. In der Woche waren wir den ganzen Tag von Baulärm umgeben. Dies hätte vorher bekannt gegeben werden können.

Gute und ruhige Lage; familienfreundlich!
Sehr großes und geräumiges Haus; alles vorhanden, was man benötigt; Garten ideal auch für Kleinkinder; in der Wohnsiedlung nur wenig Autoverkehr (Anlieger); toller Ausgangspunkt für Strandbesuch (nur wenige Kilometer) oder Stadtbummel (z.B. Middelburg); oder einfach mit der Fähre (Anlegestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe) rüber nach Veere. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Gute Lage - Gute Ausstattung!
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen und Ausgangspunkt für die unterschiedlichsten Unternehmungen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Ein Fön hat gefehlt. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten am Haus ein entspanntes Plätzchen zu finden, draußen, auf der der Dachterasse und im Garten. Insgesamt sehr schön. Gerne wieder.

Ruhiger Standort, große helle Wohnräume, freundliche Vermieterin
Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zwischen 2-4. Die großen Wohnbereiche waren sehr hilfreich, ebenso die Schaukel, Rutsche und große Wiese für die Kinder. Die Fähre nach Veere war nur 300 m weg.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
