This lovely modern detached holiday home is located in the Beach Resort holiday park in Kamperland, within walking distance of the beach and 20 km from Middelburg, the lively provincial capital. The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor is a living room with a TV and an open-plan kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a single boxspring bed. In the hall, you'll find a bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower and a traditional sauna. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor you'll find two more bedrooms, one with two single box-spring beds (which can be made up as a double) and the other with one single boxspring bed. Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is a roof terrace on the first floor. There's parking for one car at the holiday home. At holiday park Beach Resort holiday, various chalets, holiday homes, villas and beach houses can be booked for four to fourteen people. Note- The bowling alley at Roompot Beach Resort is now closed. You are welcome to come bowling at De Parel at Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away. Note: From January 19 to February 1, 2026, the swimming pool, sauna and squash court at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed due to maintenance work. As a guest of Roompot Beach Resort and Water Village, you can use the swimming pool at Hof Domburg. The bowling alley at Roompot Beach Resort is closed as of now. You are welcome to come bowling at De Pearl on Hof Domburg. This is about a 25-minute drive away. From March 2 to March 6, 2026, Rijkswaterstaat will carry out maintenance work at the beach of Roompot Beach Resort. For safety reasons, the beach will be inaccessible during this period.
