This detached villa accommodates six to eight people and features a conservatory at the front, a veranda at the back, and a rooftop terrace above. Inside, you will find a sauna, four bedrooms, and several cozy seating areas. Sophiastrand beach is within walking distance, and you can easily reach the North Sea beach by bike.
The property is located near Beach Resort with beach, playgrounds and restaurants around the corner. Sophiastrand is at walking distance and the North Sea beach is easily accessible by bike. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, pizzeria, snack bar and bowling.

The Oosterschelde offers plenty of opportunities for water sports and waterfront relaxation. Middelburg, Goes and Zierikzee are easily accessible for a day out with shops, terraces and historical centres
