"The chalet was amazing. We enjoyed being there so much. The heated tub, sauna and speaker made our stay enjoyable. We cooked a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. "The hotel is fantastic for its category, with a great location once you arrive. It’s a little far from the main road, but absolutely worth the drive. The receptionist I met was excellent — very helpful, polite, well‑mannered, and accommodating. The hotel offers a good breakfast and has a beautiful outdoor seating area with mountain views. I stayed in room 211, which had comfortable bedding and a clean bathroom with a nice standing shower. I would definitely stay here again and hope to get a...

"Charming hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful location with views facing the water on the 3rd floor. Lots of steps, so be aware if mobility is an issue but we absolutely loved it (and Hallstatt)!"

"The place seemed a little like something out of a horror film. The room itself was nice (the balcony door was broken which was disappointing) but the actual facility is nothing like the pictures. I never saw a staff person (not sure if there is even breakfast available) and the place was completely dark and dead even though I got there during the supposed check in time. Definitely bring water and snacks for your stay. "
