「The staff was amazing, gave us a map and directed us to where we needed to go.」

「Amazing Stay & Exceptional Hospitality! I had such a wonderful experience at Accent Inns Kamloops! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything about my stay was fantastic! What truly made this experience special was the kindness shown even after I checked out. I accidentally left an item behind, and when I reached out, the team went above and beyond to retrieve it and mail it back to me. To my surprise, they even...

「The room could have been cleaner. Splashes of what looked like coffee on the wall in the bedroom, dirty fan in the washroom that squeaked when on, very loud air conditioner that rattled and interrupted our sleep and some simple fix maintenance of paint chips on the baseboards, jets not working in the hot tub . My experience previously at this hotel was much better than this visit.」

「We only stayed for one night and got there quite late, so I can’t really see much other than it was a good price, clean, and the staff seemed very nice」
