Centally located, comfortable room, obliging staff. I had breakfast each morning which didn't change. Craft beer establishments within a short walk.I didnt eat in. Pool and gym access(free) at the YMCA less than 400m away. Yoga studio 1.2km away. Short walk to Riverside Park and walkway. . .

Not a safe area, I wouldn’t recommend it. Extremely old building with weird smells , poor condition, and aged facilities, you'll find the bathroom super small an difficult to fit!

Its an old renovated hotel. Nice lobby, cool old elevator! Room is small but we are only here 1 night. Bathroom is very small and the shower is a corner shower and no lighting gets in. Area is right downtown and can walk to the river park. Staff was very friendly
