Relax on the comfy couches in the living room in front of the fire watching movies on the large flat screen TV (Smart TV). The spacious kitchen has all new appliances/amenities and accessories for all your cooking and baking needs. You can eat in the dining area or snack on the bar stools at the large island in the kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms in the unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed as well as the additional Queen Sofa bed in the living area.
Relax after a a day of activities in your very own private Hot Tub.
The unit has a washer/dryer available for you to use.
The townhouse is 1507 sq. ft. and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.

This unit comes with 1 parking spot in the private garage and 1 parking spot in front of the garage.
Overflow paid parking is available at P5.

KIDS FRIENDLY SUN PEAKS
If you have children we have many kid friendly activities in the summer such as a community playground & outdoor games area, and bungee trampolines, and weekly kids activities. For the winter, Sun Peaks offers bungee trampolines, a tube park, and weekly kids activities.

DINING AND SHOPPING IN SUN PEAKS
Dining at Sun Peaks is a breeze with an incredible array of restaurant options for your night out. If you are interested in nightlife, Sun Peaks has various bars and pubs which will offer you an enjoyable after dark experience.
