This motel is nicely situated, but is in dire need of an upgrade: chipped and cracked bathroom fixtures, worn carpets, duct tape around the air conditioner, dirty windows, damaged door frames. Beds and linens were fine. No maid service?

The entrance of our room smelled of urine. The entire place is not child friendly and needs a huge makeover! The motel is also shared with others who appear to be long term renters who smoke and drink alcohol openly outside of their rooms.

Room 126 should be condemned by health inspector. Paid $117 What a Dump! Can’t believe they offer this as accommodation.

As my son put it..... "toilet flushes, door locks, and the sheets appeared to be ckean...." other than that, not a ton of positives. Very run down. Wouldn't bring my wife or daughter there, but it worked for me and my son.

This was probably the worst room I’ve ever been in. Mold in the bathroom, tub was black on the bottom, garbage/peanuts/pot roaches under the bed. While I understand the place is being renovated, if they want to rent out some of the rooms, they need take actually clean them. Someone should also explain that mold is unhealthy.

I really enjoyed my stay. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including fast food. It was also very close to the Flixbus station and city bus stops.

Pathetic room condition, air conditioner was producing a lot of noise, they did not fix it even when we complained. The staff was not co-operative at all. Worst stay ever.

The website states there is a pool there is no pool. I also paid for a room with a view. The view consisted of looking out a dingy window at half of downtown very very unsatisfied.

Not like the pictures AT ALL!! Place looks condemned, Half the property was uninhabitable, I asked for the room key to view the room, mattresses were sagging and worn out, linens stretched/worn out. The pool was empty I told the front desk person that it was unacceptable and would not be staying. Just reviewed my cc statement and they still charged my card for the stay. Unacceptable!!

It was pet friendly, our dog didn't particularly like the birds nested outside. Especially being that they were inside the air conditioner safety screen. Seems to have affected the air conditioners ability to work. They appear to be rebuilding...everything. Don't bother bringing your swimsuit unless you have other plans.

We looked at the room. We looked at the unclean washroom. The hotel was in a shady area. Half the Motel was boarded up. The pictures online did not do it justice. We did not stay there & left. The worst experience of our life

You are first greeted by several derelict and abandoned buildings . Overgrown grass, old appliances and bathtubs, cracked and mangled parking lot. The front desk has zero care or customer service skills. Get to the rooms and it was absolutely the dirtiest room I have ever been in. Two doors down the whole motel was burnt out. Our room reeked of mold , every corner was filthy with dirt cobwebs and grime. Behind the bed there was old beer cans and trash and under the bed there was food. The bathroom wall looks like it had blood and mold on it , there were hairs in the bathtub. The TV took us over an hour to get going . The pool does not work and is full of still water and the only amenity they actually have is wifi. The whole property looks like it's a horror movie or snuff film set DO NOT GO HERE
