This is an old hotel that has been allowed to run down. However, for the price, you can't beat it. The part that is open is fine and it is convenient to most of the city. Not real amenities.

Very bad room. Chunks of carpet are missing on the flood, the tub faucet continually runs, the tub doesn’t look clean at all, there is no tub stopper for a bath, there looks to be black mold in the bathroom, but it is centrally located and pet friendly.

The property is too run down. Needs renovation. Had an unpleasant smell. Maybe owners are waiting to demolish and rebuilt. Good location with hill top view of the city. Near university.

It was a good stay. Room was clean and rate was good. They allow 2 pets and we always travel with dogs so was what we needed. It wasn't top of the line but I would stay here again.

I like the friendly people walking in the area. I like that people liked my dog:) i liked the price and especially low rate charged for having a pet -$11. The place is really old. Several buildings are no longer offered because they need a to be up graded, painted and probably rebuilt.

Very rundown and old, but bedding was clean. All I wanted was a clean bed to sleep in and this place just met the criteria but nothing more than that.

It's a beautiful area, but this property is in disrepair. The only way I found the place at night was because Google Maps told me where to turn. There was a sign, but it was unlit, and no lights in the parking lot. I drove over a curb into a "landscaped" feature, but it was all dead anyway. Upon check-in, I had to go back to the office to get toilet paper. There were what looked like donut sprinkles in the bathtub, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned out from the previous use. The bed was comfortable, but no care was taken when making it up. I noted dust and debris under the bed and furniture. The AC unit was held in by cardboard, and the window, which boasted a beautiful view, was streaky and dirty. I'm not sure what's going on with this place. Although I needed a cheap place to stay for a conference, I'm glad I didn't have to spend more time there. The internet connection was stable, however, for a two-hour Zoom meeting. I did appreciate that.

I purposely booked this hotel based on price. I’m tired of paying upwards of $250 a night for a place to sleep. Is it run down? Yes. It’s not the cleanest in some areas but the beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. We saved at least $300 by staying here. I’ve read some of the reviews and am shocked at some of them. What do you expect for $55?? You arrive then blow a spaz and leave cause it’s not perfect. If you want perfect then go elsewhere and pay top dollar. But if you want just a place to sleep that’s not going to break the bank then this is your place.

Okay, first of all. This is the ONLY hotel/motel I've stayed at that did NOT require any room deposit. The bed was clean and comfy. The air conditioner was in perfect working order and kept the room nice and cool. I would recommend this place to anyone.
