"The customer service at The Mozart was amazing! The air conditioning in our river view room was not working. After having maintenance personnel look into the problem, the staff moved us into a suite for the following night. They carried our luggage across the property for us and made it easy for us. Then the following day they moved us into another river view room with working air conditioning. The staff was wonderful throughout these issues, and they even gave us free breakfast for the trouble."
