「Excellent, but if you want to swim it has to be for 2 hours pre- booked. A swim before breakfast is nice but not for that long. If you need to check out then you really need to be up early if you want to do that.
We had a beer in the bar the night before and I paid the bill before leaving. On the invoice I was charged 3 Euro. Strange.
I left behind a few items in the bathroom ( electric toothbrush etc ) that I forgot to pack. When I called the hotel when I got home they said nothing was found...

ホテルはアーヘン中央駅（Aachen Hbf）から徒歩約15分の距離にありますが、駅前のタクシーを利用すれば5分ほどで到着するため、それほど遠く感じませんでした。
立地は旧市街にあり、アーヘン大聖堂や市庁舎などの観光スポットが徒歩圏内にあるため、観光の拠点として非常に便利です。周辺にはスーパーや飲食店、お土産屋、玩具店、本屋なども充実しており、ショッピングも楽しめます。
スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、予定より早く到着した際には荷物を快く預かってくださいました。また、急な雨の際には本数は限られているものの、傘の貸し出しもあり助かりました。
チェックアウト時にはタクシーも手配していただき、10分以内に到着するなど、最後まで丁寧な対応が印象的でした。
朝食のビュッフェもとても充実しており、特にハムやチーズの種類が豊富だったのが印象的でした。
アーヘンを再訪する際には、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The shower had strong water pressure, warmed up quickly, and stayed at a steady temperature.
The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Aachen Hbf, or 5 minutes by taxi. The distance felt reasonable.
It’s located in the old town, close to Aachen Cathedral and the City Hall.
Shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, toy shops, and bookstores are all nearby.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
They stored my luggage when I arrived early and even offered umbrellas when it rained.
At check-out, they quickly called a taxi, which arrived in less than 10 minutes.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the wide variety of hams and cheeses.
I would love to stay here again when I visit Aachen."
