「This place is a cozy, charming, clean, close to everything we wanted to see in Paducah place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The host is very responsive and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here again.」

You can tell the host takes pride in what they do and wants to make sure their guests are taken care of. The girls appreciated the gas station that’s not even a minute away for their morning snacks and refreshments.」

「We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat. 「The house was so clean and the host is exactly the kind of host that makes it so much easier and pleasant to plan a trip. The parking was not very easy for two trucks and boats, and the dock had no electricity so we ended up docking at the marina. But overall an excellent place to stay.」
