"Property worked well for us. Right next to the golf course. Plenty of parking, and a nice area out the back for entertaining. "

"I liked the property overall. However the unit was dirty and had not been cleaned properly since the last people that stayed. One room had dry smelly vomit on the carpet walls bed skirt and cupboard, the carpet had been poorly wiped but not cleaned and the rest left. On alerting the admin of who I collected the keys they organized a cleaner to attend who did the best job they could at 5pm but it wasn’t a carpet cleaner so a day of wet carpet and the vomit smell would still occasionally come out. It had also not been vaccinated properly like around furniture and edges and under beds. Room my young kids stayed in I found an ear plug and cigarette filter as well as some plastic under the bed. Expeller fan in kitchen was extremely dirty. And the 1 non stick fry pan was in very poor condition, making it hard to cook. The over all unit was good and the complex was great and in good condition and location. Pool area and bbqs well looked after. I did notice the kitchen window had no fly screen though so to air the kitchen while cooking lets bugs and mosquitoes in. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Kalbarri Riverview Holiday Apartment 96! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It felt like a home away from home – the bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.The location is ideal, just a short walk to the water, cafes, shops, and the town centre. It made it so easy to enjoy everything Kalbarri has to offer, from scenic walks to sunset lookouts.The hosts were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. You can tell they care about their guests' experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riverview Holiday Apartment again on our next trip to Kalbarri. Highly recommended for couples, small families, or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient getaway!"

"Our second time staying at the complex. A great place for kids to roam and play with some small playgrounds and large pool areas. As a note for the facility management group - the poolside BBQs were largely out of service (only 2 of 6/7 working at any time) leading to long queues at meal times. This was the same as the previous year too."
