I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neat, tidy home with enough space for our family of 5. Well maintained yard & outdoor are with a BBQ & a fish cleaning station if you are into fishing. Also plenty of room to park your boat if you have one. Walking distance to town & the shops. Had everything that you needed for cooking meals. The house had old style charm, it made me think of being at my parents place in country Victoria. There's seating on the verandah out the front so you can watch the sunset or look out at the ocean/river with a coffee in the morning. At night from the front & backyard you can look up and gaze at the stars.The only downside was that we found a dead mouse in the washing machine & mouse droppings in the pantry & under the bed pillows in the main bedroom. It was something that we easily sorted out ourselves & had no signs of mice for the rest of our stay.The National Park gorges & skywalk are a must see, as well as the ocean & river views. We had a lovely Chinese meal on our last night in Kalbarri from the Golden Wok."

"My wife and I, together with my wife's sister visiting from NZ, had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Seashells. The house is very comfortable and the wrap-around upstairs veranda provided a shady retreat with views over the adjoining park and the bush in the distance. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area is lovely, and we used it every day. The host Penny was very accommodating and our two grandkids visiting from Geraldton for one day were thrilled to enjoy the pool on their visit. Communication with Penny was excellent and a minor maintenance issue was resolved promptly. We would highly recommend Seashells and would readily stay there again on our future visits to Kalbarri."
