「Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel nahe Selianitika in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage mit wunderbaren Meerblick. Man erreicht den Ort und den Strand auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 min.; Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die große Stadt Patras ist ca. 30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. 「Zuerst haben wir das Anwesen nicht gleich gefunden, da Google-Maps falsche Daten angibt. (Das Haus ist "oberhalb" der nicht zu stark befahrenen Küstenstraße) Dafür sind wir mit einem kalten Orangensaft und einem feuchten Handtuch (zum Erfrischen) empfangen worden.
