「ホスピタリティが素晴らしく、 あまり英語が話せなくてもスタッフは優しいですし リクエストや相談はvirtual担当のKaiくんに SMSを返信すると全て対応してくれました。 彼は滞在前からメッセージをくれていつも支えてくれている感じです。 プールバーのハッピーアワーはギリギリに滑り込んだところ普通のお値段設定になってしまったようで、そこは残念に思いましたが 他はパーフェクトに素晴らしかったです。 GW後だったからか日本の方はほとんど見かけなかったです。」

「The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. 」

「The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.」

「It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer.」

「The Kauai Marriott is a beautiful place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and although there is no kitchen there is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The ocean view was fabulous. The staff there is exceptional and friendly. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby. They also provide a free airport shuttle service. I highly recommend this place.」
