"Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, um am nächsten Tag von dort in den KTP zu fahren. Die Grenze zu Südafrika ist nur 15 km entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Als Pärchen bekamen wir ein großzügiges Familienzimmer, welches sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Das vorab gebuchte Dinner war das beste, was wir während unserer 16-tägigen Reise gegessen haben. "Loved our 2 night stay in the Dune 2 chalet! Room was well appointed with an excellent view of a waterhole and the Khalahari desert - saw wildlife out the window everyday. Enjoyed the Night and Combo Game Drives with our outstanding guide, Gabriel - very knowledgeable and engaging with guests. Saw rhinos, giraffe, kudu, Hartebeest, eland, springbok, steenbok, maribou stork, oryx, zebra, and more. Outdoor dining area is set up as a Boma and nicely lit - dinners were very good!"
"We were there in February (Namibian summer) so it was hot in the tent during the day, and the huge water-filled cooling thingy (don't know what it's called) didn't help at all, if anything it made the tent hotter not to mention the noise it made. We decided to just open the windows and through in the warm breeze. It was better once the sun had gone down. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff were nice and friendly and we enjoyed the sundowner game drive."
