"The staff are the best. I needed extra pillows and blankets and they arrived super fast. We also needed a wine bottle opener and that arrived within 10 mins. Everyone is super friendly and kind. The room I stayed in was a little rundown, but it was clean. The pools were really nice. I think overall the service at this hotel is above most. We had moved from another hotel, and the same pillow request took 90 mins. I would stay again."

"Everything was excellent. Three pools, all a little different from one anther (slides, family, and adult). The arcade was a big hit for our kids during some down time. Views from our sundeck room were top notch. Overall, our family had a great time."

"Our stay at The Banyon Tree B&B was amazing. We had nine in our party, everyone had their own space and multiple wonderful spaces to gather together, particularly at the amazing pool and hot tub with incredible views of Maui and the water. The grounds are spectacular with gorgeous plantings everywhere. The host, Heleina, was so kind and responsive to any issue that came up. The spaces were clean, comfortable and welcoming. The house is situated in the hills of Makawao, away from the touristy areas with only a short drive to downtown Makawao or Paia for a little shopping and dining, which cannot be beat. I would highly recommend the Banyon B&B."

"This resort was wonderful! The continental breakfast was perfect! Lots of rotating options throughout our stay. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. The pool area was very clean and comfortable. The property is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The resort was near the beach - you could walk or take the free shuttle."

"Beach by the hotel is walking distance only. Beautiful infinity water fall pools. Lots of amenity and amazing restaurants one stop shop. The only thing that I didn’t really like is the hotel was a little bit small for the price that I’m paying."
