"Fantastic location, clean hotel with a nice rooftop patio. Room was spacious and clean, however without AC or a strong fan the shower enclosure within the main room did make it very warm to get ready. The only privacy in the evenings from the street was with full wooden shutters, making it so any air flow from the open windows was blocked to cool the room down. "

"Prime location, you can walk to many places and use public transport for everything else very easy. Not reason to pay Uber oi taxi, unless you prefer. The only thing I didn’t like was the bath tub / shower; very tiny and high. And no curtains, it has a half door. Just be careful in and out for shower. Everything else is perfect. "

"We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I can offer. The pillows were awful; the card next to the bed effectively acknowledges the softness of the pillows and guests are encouraged to contact service for more firm pillows, which we did; however, they were out of firm pillows. The A/C and or fan in the room did not work, overnight it was very hot and stuffy. We went to the restaurant before a symphony, the restaurant at the hotel is one you SHOULD SKIP. Awful food and even worse service. The next morning we left before 7AM two employees at the front desk, two in the restaurant, no one greeted us, no one offered any breakfast. Skip this hotel. For the prices you can do much better in Vienna."

"Such a great hotel, in the perfect location. The room we had was exceptional (room 1) - very spacious with views of the dome of St. Peter’s cathedral right out the window. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20m walk, often only a few blocks away. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Very glad we book the Leo Grand."
