Great family vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Two wonderful pool areas. Beautiful grounds. Condo was dated but comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. They made sure we were continually stocked with towels and paper products as well as dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent. The location was close to activities on Alii Dr. the only slight drawback was that there were no beach-chairs, coolers or toys for the kids. Snorkel equipment can be rented in town however. Overall it was great and very quiet at night.

Loved our stay!

From check-in to the accommodations to the cleanliness of the grounds and the pool, we were delighted with our stay. The kids have already asked if we can stay here again the next time we visit!

Fabulous location and lodging

This property was everything we had hoped for. The location is perfect and we enjoyed not only the beach but the pool at the resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable and attractive and I loved drinking my coffee on the spacious lanai! I highly recommend for a family or couples.

Comfortable and all you need

This was a great location for exploring the Kona strip. Wonderful sunset beach just down the street. The staff here were very accommodating and helpful. We were able to store our bags as we moved to our next location.

Great property.

Very comfortable and clean. Units are starting to look a little dated but grounds are beautiful. Close to town but just far enough away from the crowds.

Staff is unaccomodating. Don’t stay here unless you want chaos.

When we arrived we were out in a room overlooking the parking lot even though we had booked from an owner whose place was by the pool. When I tried to explain they told us they didn’t know who the person was and the parking lot room was better. We finally got them to move us. Neighbors below had 12+ people in their room partying until 2 am first night. Sprinklers around the property come on in the late evening so returning from dinner by 8 PM both nights we had to climb through bushes and detour through plants to avoid sidewalks or we would get wet. Hot tub was cooler temperature than my normal bath water. Our flight Thanksgiving Day was at 3 PM so we requested a late checkout. We were preparing for VIP arrival so we had to be out by 11 AM. Management would better off denying request on the idea of not wanting employees to work later on thanksgiving than telling guests there are more important guests than you. Housekeeping piled supplies outside our door (dropping them with thumps and taking up the entire porch bench) by 9 AM - a full hour before normal checkout. They make you feel very unwelcome and unless you have young kids or large families and want chaos and noise over Hawaiian relaxation avoid this place at all costs! Next time we will stay at a much nicer and more welcoming place.
