White Sands Village#231 is a beautiful addition to Knutson & Associates Vacation Rental Inventory.

& New Sealy Posturpedic mattresses with adjustable bases!

This wonderful unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Kuakini Tower. Guests love this location because it's away from the busy traffic of Ali'i Drive!

Unit#231 has 997 interior square feet with a 196 square foot lanai! Beautiful Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the condo. No carpet! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building for 1 vehicle!

Unit#231 features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & A King Sized Bed in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Excellent choice for 4 people! The property has a fully equipped kitchen. Central Air Conditioning available too!

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

Quiet & Comfortable Stay

What a lovely property! The motorized and adjustable beds made falling asleep a dream. All the basics, like spices, oil, sugar, and tide pods, were a great help. There were lots of fresh towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers for trips to the beach. They even had boogie boards and snorkels. All in all, we would stay again.

Great place!

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting the area. The condo was beautifully appointed with very comfortable beds. It was far enough away from the touristy hustle and bustle to really be relaxing. I miss the lanai and how enjoyable it was to sit outside while listening to the birds an viewing the ocean in the distance.

Fantastic Stay in Kona

The condo was clean and comfortable. The living room seating and beds were comfortable. The condo had plenty of cups, silverware, dishes and cookware. The large lanai was fantastic for watching the sunset. Parking was convenient to the elevator and the unit.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly as advertised in the pictures and felt even more spacious in person. Great value, great location. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the pool area quite a bit during our stay and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Location was perfect. Unexpected hit was the connect four game in the condo, we could not get enough and probably played a couple hundred rounds. It was the extra little something that will make this trip more memorable. Highly recommend and it deserves 5 stars.

Great location, right across from Magic Sands!

This was a really nice little condo. It is set back a bit from the road, but the complex itself is right across from Magic Sands beach. It's a really quick walk! Downtown Kona with lots of restraunts and shops (including things like Target and walmart) is only about 15 minutes away. The condo was clean when we arrived. They had lots of beach gear - cooler, umbrella, 4 chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc. The beds were very very firm, but not too bad. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. There are some things that need to be updated or fixed. It is a little bit of an older unit so you can see some of the wear and tear. We did not have any issues with bugs or smells or anything like that and overall it was a nice stay. My suggestion would be to get either a vacuum or a new broom and a mop so it's easier to clean while staying there. The broom provided had definitely seen better days.
