It is safe to walk or bike downtown and to the nearby beaches. Although, we recommend renting a car so you can explore the entire beautiful and breathtaking Big Island.

We also have 3 other studios available on the same property, find them on our Airbnb profile :) It is safe to take morning walks in the neighborhood. We recommend renting a vehicle to explore the entire Big Island. There is also Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.
1. ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area. Mahalo.

2. PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will let you know beforehand because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services are very common on all the islands. Mahalo

3. LATE CHECKOUTS: Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a late checkout fee of $100.
