From the comfort of your lanai enjoy watching amazing surf action, beautiful ocean views, and our world class sunsets. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Master bedroom has a king bed and it's own bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed. Queen sofa bed available in the living room.
AC unit is currently only in the living room and not in the bedrooms.
Beach gear including beach chairs, coolers and beach towels available for your use. Snorkel and other beach gear available to rent locally.
Kona Bali Kai has a resort style pool, hot tub, private parking, oceanfront lawn, BBQ area, and on site deli called Da Poke Shack.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
One of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship.
For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5 to 10 minute drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing. Kona Bali Kai is centrally located between Kailua town and Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping.

Love this Spot. Get to watch Surfers all Day. Taco place next door, Banyan Mart across the street. Condo is Great. A/C is Nice!! Stayed here a few times, will come back soon.

Great oceanfront stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Bali Kai. The condo was clean, comfortable, and right on the oceanโ€”the highlight was relaxing on the lanai and watching surfers just steps away. The location is peaceful but still close to downtown Kona. Having a kitchen and in-unit laundry made things easy, and Da Poke Shack downstairs was a tasty bonus. The only downside is tha the beachfront isn't swim-able and walking to the beach is a long, hot walk in traffic.Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location. Going to sleep and waking up to the ocean was amazing. Saying this is an โ€œocean view โ€œ is an understatement. I like the location just out side the most touristy area of Kona but still a few min drive away was nice. I donโ€™t like having to deal with drunk partiers in the middle of the night, and at this location we had none of that. Everyone on the complex was just normal friendly people. Banyans, a local surf spot is right outside the window, which we enjoyed watching the surfers. (This is an advanced surfing location with plenty of rocks, so beginners should go about a mile down the street for surfing). The condo was great for our family of 4.

Great views here and sounds of the waves all day. 2d bedroom on street side - so no views and sometimes street noise. Great location close to downtown Kona โ€” convenient parking - enjoyed our stay.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views are amazing with all the surfers, great sunsets, we even seen some dolphins. Itโ€™s only a few minutes drive to the shopping/eating area. The place is equipped with everything including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, soaps, laundry detergent. It was a perfect place to end our busy days resting on the lani watching the surfers.

The condo had everything we needed and comftorably fit 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 small children. It had a beautifl view from the lanai. We utilized the pool and hot tub and even swam at the beach directly by the condo. We'd stay here again!

Perfect Spot on the Kona Coast

Everything clean and ready for our visit. Loved that it was right on Banyan's Surf Spot. Watching surfers all day and their families was super cool and fun. Banyan Mart is right across the street, which made getting some necessities super easy. Loved it, want to stay again!!

Lovely stay

We were very comfortable with 5 guests. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The views are amazing-we saw whales, sea turtles, tons of fish and sea creatures. The pool is nice. The condo had a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. There is a great surf break directly in front of the condos. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo on the ocean

The condo was just as advertised great location, great condo, and easy access to just about everything. I want to first state that all the years we have been coming to Hawaii this place had one of the best air conditioners for a condo at this price point. Sitting on the lanai watching the surfers was a destination in itself, we had to force ourselves to leave in the morning and couldnโ€™t wait to get back for sunset. If there was any room for improvement it would be the mattress in the master bedroom itโ€™s time to update it. We loved our stay and will definitely rebook on our next trip in a few months. Thanks for letting us stay at your condo!

Sunsets from this lanai cannot be beat!

This was our sixth day at Kona Valley Kai the views and Vello value cannot be beat. I dream about sleeping in this ocean front master when I am back in Ohio and missing the waves! My sunset pictures from the lanai are the best love watching the surfers. the condo is nicely equipped and stocked. Kitchen was great to cook in with good appliances. Beds were very comfortable. There is so much to do in Kona and the weather is perfect every day.
