「We stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023.The room was nice and spacious with a lovely big comfy bed and mini fridge in the cupboard. We had a problem with our hot water for a couple of nights but this was fixed after mentioning to reception. The setting of the hotel is nice with immaculate gardens but A LOT of steps to get anywhere. Our room was about halfway to the restaurant and was 116 steps down from reception! 「The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Sumitra was great she cooked my mom and i breakfast everyday and was very pleasant. Overall I enjoyed staying the hotel, you can request for a taxi at front desk and will pay a reasonable price without getting ripped off. There are stores nearby the hotel few minutes walk if you need anything.」
