The bright, cozy apartment is about 75 square meters and can accommodate 3 to 6 people. It combines the charm of the original and imperfect with a cozy feel-good atmosphere. Renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail and a sense of the original character, the apartment inspires with its original wooden floors, a wood-burning stove and the processed ecological and non-toxic building materials.

A stock of firewood included in the price, which is always available in the cool season, and a small library promise pleasant days, even if the weather should invite you to linger.

Beautifully cut with a large, bright south-facing eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room, it is also suitable for family vacations (a small, rarely visited playground is right next to the property).From the windows you can let your gaze wander as far as the Hunsrück or as far as Maifeld and Koblenz. The small, quiet Eifel Moselle town of Kail is an excellent starting point for hikes, bike tours and cultural/historical excursions in the near and far.

On approx. 75 square meters you will find everything you need - even for a longer stay. From a book corner, W-LAN, to board games and a small coffee and juice machine.

By using natural building materials such as Clay and lime plaster, biological paint and oiled solid wood make the stay pleasant for allergy sufferers and sensitive people.

There is a seating area in front of the house with barbecue facilities.
