"Exceeded our expectations! The grounds are immaculately maintained, the room was updated and very comfortable. We had a first floor room with a garden view. We ate dinner at the restaurant which had great food and cocktails but very pricey. The next morning we did the 1.6 mile nature hike. We wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of more amenities"

"The property was great and in a wonderful location. The suite was very nice! However, there were rodent droppings on our ground floor patio area. Also, they showed a pool bar as an amenity. However, it wasn’t open on Saturday or Sunday."

"The room was dirty, there was no WiFi in our building and no ice. It was a dog friendly building and we were treated like dogs. Food service was non existent. Other than that, the Grand Canyon was stunning and we enjoyed our time away from the hotel."

"Not sure how I missed that this massive resort didn't have any restaurants or bars on site. The pools didn't give a "resort" feel. On the other hand, it was very peaceful and quiet."
