Enjoyed our stay

The house was really nice. It only has AC in the two bedrooms so the living area got really warm. We opened the front door with a screen and the back door open too it gave it a nice breeze. I received a quick response from the manager when I reached out with questions and I appreciated that. Overall it was a great location and a comfortable place.

Disappointed

Poor communication. No internet or tv which was very important to this particular stay.l tried contacting many people and it was never redolved🙄 All dishes were dirty, including coffee pot. We washed every dish before use. Black soot/dust on all of bedroom windows. No starter garbage bags. Showers was dirty, bed skirt looks like it has never been cleaned. I still enjoyed our stay as Turtle bay is a wonderful place. Just poor cleaning/management.

Wonderful condo-great location

We loved everything about this condo except the bed in the master bedroom and the pool area. The bed was hard as a rock and the pool was tiny. Other than that the condo was great. We loved the area and I was very impressed with the kitchen amenities. Great location to get to what we wanted to do every day.

Water Backup, Roaches, Musty

This property unit smelled very musty. Water backup in the tub and bathroom sink. Dead roaches and live roaches. Prior water damage was visible. Rust on shower and drain. For the amount of money paid, not worth it.

Long Weekend in the North Shore

I stayed here with friends for a long weekend because our friend was getting married on the North Shore. We had no issues with check in or check out and the property manager was responsive. It was a very spacious property. The kitchen had all appropriate amenities and the common areas were very comfortable and inviting. The screened in porch was also a nice addition. The bathrooms were outdated but clean. The fans in every room helped keep the property at a comfortable temperature. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
