Move unit, good view. Property both inside and out well taken care of. If you are looking to go to Hawaii and don’t want the noise and traffic of Waikīkī, Turtle Bay is an excellent choice.

Dated, Old, and Over-Priced

We are seasoned Hawaii travelers. This is our 5th year in a row to visit for 10 days and we've been on every island. And we always use VRBO. That being said, this "Villa" was old and outdated and needed a refresh. It's definitely not worth the price per night compared to the other beautiful VRBO's we've stayed at over last 5 years for roughly the same price.

Fantastic place to stay!

The villa more then met our expectations for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 12. It was well appointed with bedding, kitchen dishes, appliances, furniture, etc. The pool and hot tub were great and at just the right temperature. The kids spent a great deal of time enjoying it. The proximity to The Ritz Carlton was close enough to visit their wonderful restaurants and bars. The beach was easy to access. The setting is ideal for a quiet get away to enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.

Wonderful Week on North Shore!

Our blended family, including four adults, one teenager, a seven-year-old, and a four-year-old, had a wonderful time at the Turtle Bay villa. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We took surf lessons from the Jamie O-Brian surf school out of the Ritz, and it was nice to walk over instead of having to get in the car and drive. The pool was never too busy but had enough kids, so the little ones had new friends to play with. We highly recommend this place and hope to go back.

Perfect holiday getaway

Location was perfect. Property of Turtle Bay and surroundings were fantastic. The unit itself was really nice but a bit worn. Sofa and outdoor cushions are in need of update/replacement. Plenty of space. Elevator was super convenient for my dad who uses a walker. Amenities if the condo were perfect- tons of snorkel gear and beach chairs which were a pleasant surprise.Very detailed booklet with descriptions of things to do in the area Which was a nice touch. Initially access to the unit was tricky but once we figured it out, it was no problem. The Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton hotel is literally a 5 minute walk and super convenient to schedule surf lessons, a luau and hang out for a morning coffee. We did not want to leave and would go back in a heartbeat!!

Amazing location

Loved being able to walk to Ritz Carlton. Enjoyed being walking distance away to get cup of coffee or hang out at their bar. Condo had amazing views in front and back. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your gem of property.

Excellent spot in Turtle Bay

The place was easy to find and had an excellent view of the beach. Check in was fast and simple and check out was equally easy. Cleaned up on the way out.

Wonderful Location

This place was incredible! We had a wonderful time, the layout was great for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and we loved the proximity to the Turtle Bay Resort for morning coffee and great restaurants. The place was well stocked and the beach towels came in handy. We loved spending our mornings on the balcony enjoying the waves. Beautiful place, we would definitely stay again!

Great location

Great condo close to all the famous beaches of the north shore. Great restaurants on site at Turtle Bay resort. Had a great experience at the Jaime O’Brien surf school too.

Great place and awesome location

Oahu was incredible. Can’t beat the location with beautiful views of ocean from lanai, and the place was big, clean and nice. Looks nicer in person than the photos show. It’s still a bit pricey for what it is - we really could only fit our family va two families but we had an incredible time and everything was great so no complaints!

Great location, tired unit.

The location and grounds were lovely. The condo was tired. The flooring was chipped, the furniture stained, the appliances old. When we got there the weather was windy and rainy. With no weather striping around the entry way door, the wind howled through the unit. We had never been to Turtle Bay before and enjoyed the location immensely, however, I would not stay in this unit again unless it was renovated.

A nice time

The facility was very nice. The rental unit was spacious, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The following issues were surprising considering the price of the unit. Kitchen cooking knives were cheap, very dull and very hard to prep food with. We were disappointed that the flatware set was incomplete with several missing pieces. We had to restock our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as the supply was very limited. We were told we would be restocked but the restock never came.

Great location

Excellent location. Close to north shore beaches and Polynesian cultural center. Big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. Supply closet full of chairs snorkel gear beach toys etc was a plus. Place was clean and a/c worked well!

Comfortable to host family of six!

We were very happy with our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We found it useful to have access to the full kitchen, laundry, and outdoor beach equipment, as well as relaxing on the patio.

I have to be honest

I really wanted to love this place - it has many good reviews so we gave it a shot. The first issue I see that is not mentioned in the description is that the ocean view is quite obstructed unless you are standing up looking over the rails. Some very small investments into this home would make it a really amazing place. Walls need paint, there’s a chip in tile floor, one of the door frames has a huge chunk missing, the front door could use replaced, the dishwasher is leaking water while it runs. It needs some obvious upgrades and a refresh. You can tell the furniture is old or bought second hand. It just didn’t feel fresh & clean like we had expected. I’m not extremely picky, we stay in vacation homes a lot, I just expected more due to the price tag. The grounds outside are immaculate I wish the inside of this home, which has so much potential matched the outside location. Just my completely honest opinion. Others may love the place - it just wasn’t for me and my family.

Great villa wonderful views

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was very good- size layout, etc. the views were spectacular one side got to watch sunrise every morning on walkway balcony other side had pool plants and ocean bay /beach view. We saw a ton of ocean life right in the bay area We had a low key very enjoyable vacay thank you for your property!

Fabulous Location

This was the best vacation we have ever taken. The Villas at Turtle Bay Resort were, spacious, well managed, quiet and excellent for adult groups or families with children. The resort property is exquisite. Activities like shark cage dives, zip lines, hiking and food trucks were easily accessible with minimal traffic. We look forward to a return visit.
