This beautiful, second story 1 bedroom + loft and two bathroom unit has high ceilings and is located on the Fazio Golf Course adjacent to the Kuilima West tennis court, pool and BBQ area at Turtle Bay. This is resort living at its best! Spacious and comfortable. The unit has Koa laminate floors throughout except for porcelain tiles in both bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is appointed with a walk-in rain shower for that extra tropical feeling. The living room has an all-leather sofa. The living room also has a 45-inch wall-mounted (smart) TV so that it can be viewed from the kitchen, living room or the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and is fully equipped. The kitchen also has a large pantry for stocking up. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed that is located separately at the front of the unit with its own A/C and ceiling fan. The master bedroom also has its own 32 inches (Smart) TV. Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.
